Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy an Idify tag, set one up, or use idify-lb.com. By doing any of these you agree to them, so please read them.

1. What Idify is

An Idify tag is an NFC chip and QR code that opens a web page with the contact details its owner chose. NFC needs a phone with NFC switched on; the QR code works with any phone camera.

2. Setting up your tag

• Each tag comes with an activation PIN. Whoever sets the tag up with that PIN becomes its owner, so keep it private until you have activated your tag.
• When you activate, you confirm that the details you enter will be shown publicly to anyone who scans the tag.
• You are responsible for keeping your details accurate. To change them, contact us.

3. Your content

• What you put on your page stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it to anyone who scans your tag, for as long as the page is active.
• You must have the right to publish everything you add. A photo should be of you.
• Do not add anything unlawful, misleading, hateful or sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. Do not impersonate anyone, publish another person's contact details without their permission, or link to harmful or deceptive websites.
• We may remove content, or suspend or reset a tag, when it breaks these rules or when the law requires it.

4. Orders, payment and delivery

• Prices are shown in the shop. We confirm every order with you, usually on WhatsApp, before preparing it.
• Payment is cash on delivery. Nothing is charged online.
• We deliver within Lebanon. Delivery times are estimates.
• If a tag arrives faulty or will not scan, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it.

5. Lost or passed-on tags

If your tag is lost or stolen, contact us and we can suspend or reset it. Before changing a page we may ask you to show the tag is yours.

6. Availability

We work to keep Idify running, but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Features may change as we improve them.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, Idify is not responsible for indirect losses, or for what happens on the apps and websites a page links to. Our total responsibility for any claim about a tag is limited to what you paid for it.

8. Ending

You can ask us to reset or delete your page at any time. We may suspend a tag that breaks these terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.

10. Changes and contact
